1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DripLink (the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service allows users to automate direct messages ("DMs") on their Instagram posts when specific keywords are detected in comments. This requires connecting your Instagram account via Instagram's APIs.

3. Instagram Compliance

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable Instagram/Meta policies, including prohibitions on spam, harassment, or unauthorized automation.
  • Acknowledge that DripLink is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

4. User Responsibilities

You warrant that:

  • You own or legally control the Instagram account(s) connected to the Service.
  • You will not use the Service to send abusive, misleading, or spammy DMs.
  • You meet Instagram's minimum age requirement (currently 13+ years old) to use their platform.

5. Data Usage

Users are prohibited from:

  • Storage of Comments: To enable keyword-based automation, the Service stores comments on posts where you have configured automation. This data is used solely to filter and trigger DMs based on your settings.
  • Data Retention: Comments are stored only for as long as your account remains connected to the Service. Upon disconnection, all stored comment data will be permanently deleted.
  • No Sharing: We do not share, sell, or use your comment data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
  • Credentials: Instagram login credentials (e.g., passwords) are not stored by the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality, compatibility with Instagram's API changes, or DM delivery.

Instagram Risks: You acknowledge that Instagram may update its policies or restrict automation features at any time. We are not liable for any consequences (e.g., account limitations) arising from your use of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

DripLink shall not be liable for any damages (e.g., loss of data, account suspension, or financial losses) resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or violate Instagram's policies.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not allow any refund or cancellation of our services at the moment, please reach out to us at connect@driplink.in if you still have any concerns around the payment of our service.
